Buying is an emotional decision. What I teach and mentor is empathy-based selling, or emotion-based. And that emotion-based approach pours itself into the messaging cup, and into the strategy cup, and even in the simplified process cup and the client delivery cup, to ultimately feed the lake of sovereignty, to create a truly client-centred, soul led experience.
